2026년 5월 일산 킨텍스에서 열린 일러스타페스11 행사에서, 콩스튜디오가 전개하는 도트 그래픽 기반 수집형 RPG ‘가디언 메이든’의 아트월 부스 제작과 현장 운영 전반을 총괄하였습니다.

초기 목표는 사전예약자 수를 확보하는 데 있었으나, 사전예약존 운영 여부에 따른 동선과 인력 배치안을 두 가지 시나리오로 검토한 결과 관람객이 게임의 존재와 특성을 효과적으로 인지하도록 하는 데 중점을 두고, 별도의 접수 공간 없이 게임 소개와 굿즈 배포, 설문조사가 자연스럽게 이어지는 방식으로 운영안을 구체화했습니다.

In May 2026, we led the end-to-end production and on-site operation of an art wall booth for Guardian Maiden, Kong Studios’ pixel-art collectible RPG, at Illustar Fes 11 held at KINTEX in Ilsan.

The original objective was to increase pre-registration numbers, but after evaluating two operational scenarios—with and without a dedicated pre-registration zone—in terms of visitor flow and staffing, we shifted the focus toward building awareness of the game and its key features, creating a streamlined experience in which game introductions, merchandise distribution, and surveys flowed naturally without a separate registration area.

일러스타 페스의 특성상 복잡한 체험 장치를 추가하기보다 클라이언트의 요구사항을 정확하게 공간에 구현하고 현장을 안정적으로 운영하는 것이 중요하다고 판단해, 부스 구조물과 가구, LED 월, 배너, 홍보물, 등신대 및 굿즈 수납공간까지 제작물 전반을 체계적으로 구성했습니다.

Given the nature of Illustar Fes, we determined that accurately translating the client’s requirements into the physical space and ensuring reliable on-site execution would be more effective than introducing complex activations, and managed the full production scope—including booth structures, furniture, an LED wall, banners, promotional materials, character standees, and integrated merchandise storage.

더불어, 대다수의 방문객을 대응하기 위한 인력별 역할과 배치 계획을 수립하고 사전교육과 응대 스크립트로 운영 기준을 통일했으며, 시간대별 관람객 유입과 굿즈 소진량을 확인하면서 안내, 배포, 설문조사, 대기열 관리가 원활하게 이어지도록 관리했습니다.

We developed detailed staffing and deployment plans, standardized operations through pre-event training and response scripts, and monitored visitor traffic and merchandise distribution throughout the day to ensure that guidance, giveaways, surveys, and queue management ran smoothly.

현장 운영에서 가장 중요하게 고려한 부분은 예측하기 어려운 상황과 변수에 대한 즉각적인 대응입니다. 코스튬 플레이 촬영 시 좀 더 넓은 촬영 공간과 관람객 시야를 확보하고 안전사고를 예방하기 위해 테이블과 대기 동선을 빠르게 재배치했으며, 운영 인력들이 부스 외부에서도 행사장을 순회하며 굿즈를 배포해 다수의 관람객이 게임명이 노출된 굿즈를 들고 이동하도록 함으로써 자연스러운 현장 바이럴 효과를 유도했습니다.

Responsive decision-making was central to the on-site operation, and during cosplay photo sessions, tables and queue lines were quickly repositioned to secure clear sightlines, provide adequate shooting space, and minimize safety risks; staff also circulated throughout the venue distributing branded merchandise, generating organic visibility as attendees carried it across the event.

현장 이슈 공유와 안전관리부터 잔여 굿즈·설문 결과 정리, 사진 아카이빙 및 결과 리포트까지 클라이언트를 대신해 수행하며, 기획과 제작뿐 아니라 실제 운영 역량을 통해 행사를 안정적으로 완수한 프로젝트입니다.

Acting as an extension of the client team, we managed everything from real-time issue reporting and safety control to inventory reconciliation, survey result compilation, photo and video documentation, and final reporting—delivering the project through disciplined planning, production, and responsive on-site execution.
